Country Connect Foundation delivers disability and wellbeing services, and youth programs across several regions throughout the Top End of Northern Territory. With our presence in communities, we endeavour to extend our impact to all community members through distributing in kind donations. This is not an OpShop initiative, but one in which our staff will identify communities in need and distribute donations through giving days.
